Shannon Street Subdivision - Ohakune
Last year our civil construction crew took on a project to develop an empty grass section into a 22 lot subdivision ready for houses.
Our team carried out each stage of development from initial excavation and installing a road, access way and kerbs, to manholes, housing connections, stormwater drains and chip sealing.
2022 will see the team back again to complete stage 2, an adjacent subdivision.
Raketapauma Marae
In June 2022 Byfords Construction undertook a project for Raketapauma Marae working on a range of tasks from resurfacing the driveway, installing a culvert including water tables, and the construction of a new carpark area. We were also given the opportunity to remove an area of tree stumps and prepare a pad for a new water tank.
From start to finish this was a gratifying project, for a wonderful client.
This job was a privilege to work on and complete, in a stunning local setting.
